Nell cherished her role as Grandmother so much that she adopted the name “Ma Nell” from her grandsons and was known by everyone as “Ma Nell”. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who never met a stranger and made everyone welcome in her home.  “Ma Nell” read her Bible daily and faithfully loved God.  She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.

“Ma Nell” enjoyed working in her flowers, feeding the hummingbirds and walking.  She will forever be an inspiration to those whose lives she touched.
